Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return and drop off your package at your local courier.
Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Please note that sale items, gift cards, and embroidered pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

If your request is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of its status.
If approved, your refund (minus shipping) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@suenamorena.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us right away so we can make it right.
