Returns Policy
At SUEÑA MORENA, each piece is created with intention and care. If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return and drop off your package at your local courier.
Returned items must be:

Unworn and unused
-
In their original packaging
-
With all original tags attached
Please note that sale items, gift cards, and made-to-order or embroidered pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@suenamorena.com.
If your return is approved, we will send you detailed return instructions along with a prepaid shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval status.
If approved, your refund (excluding shipping costs) will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@suenamorena.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@suenamorena.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will assess the situation and make it right with care and priority.
